The Medify Air MA-18 uses a four-stage filtration process. Together, these filters remove 99.97% of particles down to 0.1 microns in diameter.

• The pre-filter removes larger particles such as hair, fibers, animal dander and others.
• The HEPA H13 filter removes PM2.5 smoke, pollen, dust mites, mold spores and others.
• The activated carbon filter absorbs odors, harmful VOCs, and other toxic substances such as formaldehyde or common household odors from cooking.
• The optional ionizer function produces negative ions to freshen the air. The unit can be used with or without the ionizer.

The Medify Air MA-18 uses True HEPA H13 filters with three layers of filtration: pre-filter, H13 True HEPA, and active carbon composite for odors.
